I (Rheanna) am an Ayurvedic practitioner, massage therapist and yoga instructor. I bring Ayurveda into my yoga classes by helping the body and mind absorb and benefit from the current season while releasing any excess/accumulation, restoring balance in the system. My yoga style is a mix of gentle flowing hatha and vinyasa and can be made appropriate for beginners, advance students and pregnant people.

1 to 1 Yoga is also available in order to support your work with me, you will first need to attend at least 1 Ayurvedic consultation so I understand your current state and plan our classes accordingly. These are £60 - 75 mins.

This class is held in a lovely space above the Kettle Club Gym near the city centre of Sheffield. During this class we get prepared for the week by releasing tension, energising the tissues and engaging in the present moment. This class is gentle - moderate in pace with lots of longer held poses.
This class is held on zoom from the comfort of your own home. It is a great midweek refresh with deep stretches and flowing movements appropriate for releasing any accumulation from the current season and the work week so far. This class will be a repeat of the in person Monday class so please see above for more info.
